DERMATOLOGIC SURGERY
Surgery of the skin is often performed to remove unwanted moles, suspicious skin lesions and skin cancer of all types. These are routine, in-office dermatologic procedures and may be done during the same appointment. Most patients experience little discomfort and are able to return to work or school immediately.
After all procedures, the routine care of the skin site is explained thoroughly to patients by our highly trained and knowledgeable staff. We strive to ensure that each patient is fully informed and comfortable throughout the surgical procedure and that our staff is readily available to answer any patient questions.
All dermatologic surgery procedures at The Menkes Clinic are performed using local anesthesia in our state-of-the-art office setting. Together with highly skilled physicians and medical staff, our goal is to provide the highest level of care and service to our patients--before, during and after their surgery.
